Responsible for generating business within your branch office and surrounding market, directly supervising, coaching, and developing all personnel assigned while ensuring world-class customer service and promoting growth and profitability of the institution while achieving the bank’s goals and objectives.
Education: Associate’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred or a high school diploma or equivalent with related banking experience.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years’ banking experience preferred, previous lending experience preferred; prior teller and CSR experience desired; previous supervisory experience necessary.
Skills: Must possess exceptional customer service skills, good communication skills, and the ability to supervise others. Microsoft 365 familiarity, customer focused and organized work habits. An NMLS license is required. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is also required.
