Case Manager

Scranton counseling Center, the area's largest, fully integrated comprehensive behavioral health provider has opportunities available for Case Manager Blended Case Management. Blended Case Management provides service to children and adults primarily in the community in an effort to promote recovery and resiliency, coordinate and ensure timely and appropriate care of individuals experiencing behavioral health issues. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field, or an Associate Degree with 2 years related experience.
