The Admissions Information Systems and Data Coordinator manages the processing of application data in Slate system, the imports of applications and associated data into the Banner Computer System. They also conduct quality control checks of admissions data in both Slate and Banner systems.

Essential Duties:

- Responsible for the transfer of application data from Admissions CRM (Technolutions/Slate) into the University student information system (Banner) which includes the downloading, verifying and importing of admissions decisions, attributes, and other necessary coding
- Conduct preliminary review and verification of application data and supporting documents within the admission’s recruiting system
- Member of data quality control team ensuring accurate matching of all admissions data points between Slate and Banner; assists in resolving and troubleshooting mismatching data
- Executes data entry of applicant and prospect information into various computer systems
- Assists with day-to-day technology support and maintenance, work with a functional team to help maintain and develop solutions to problems in Slate
- Assists with maintenance of various aspect of the Slate system including events, forms, source formats, rules, communication, workflows, origin sources and others
- Assists with maintenance of portals for prospective students in various stages of the enrollment funnel and other stakeholders
- Helps develop and monitor statistical reports to support strategic enrollment goals, enhance recruitment strategies, manage yield, forecast enrollment, and improve operational efficiency
- Assists with system integrations, data feeds and import source coding, including student search, application data, application materials, and other data imports
 
- Bachelor’s degree is required; minimum of one (1) year of experience working with Information Systems, Report Generation or Data Analysis
