Deposit Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Deposit Operations Manager to lead our Deposit Operations and Electronic Banking departments. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing leadership to staff. Key responsibilities include coaching team members, managing ACH and banking systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience in banking operations, with a focus on team development and process improvement.

An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Minimum five years of banking operations experience is essential.
