Part-Time Universal Associate

Are you friendly, reliable, and enjoy helping others? We’re looking for a Part-Time Universal Associate to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. In this role, you’ll be the first person our customers see, helping them with their banking needs and building lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude and assist with their banking transactions.
• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs and help them achieve their financial goals.
• Support branch operations by helping with cash handling, ATM management, and other tasks as needed.
• Stay informed about our products and services to ensure you're offering the best solutions.

What You Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Some experience with cash handling or financial transactions is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
