Responsibilities

  • Engage in proactive outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for B2B sales initiatives.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company’s services and expand professional connections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with staffing sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in account management or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
