Case Manager

Scranton Counseling Center is currently looking to fill Case Manager positions for our Blended Case Management program. Blended Case Management provides service to children and adults primarily in the community in an effort to promote recovery and resiliency, coordinate and ensure timely and appropriate care of individuals experiencing behavioral health issues. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services related field, or an Associate Degree with 2 years related experience.

Successful applicants should be team players who can demonstrate effective communication skills and share the combined goal of providing the highest quality treatment services to the individuals we serve.
