Responsible for maintaining and updating Information Technology documentation along with assisting and troubleshooting specific application issues; assisting with Active Directory user requests such as password resets, user access issues, and setup of new users.
Education: Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required. A high school diploma with specialized training is necessary.
Experience: Working with a managed service provider and attaining certifications are advantageous.
Skills: Efficient troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and providing excellent user support to ensure satisfaction with IT services.
The successful candidate must be willing to work Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
A valid driver’s license with a clean record is necessary.
