Banquet Cook - Part Time

We are looking for a Banquet Cook to help our talented team at the the Green Ridge Club!

The right candidate will have at least three years of experience in a banquet kitchen and have a flexible schedule that could include nights and weekends.

The schedule will be based on the volume of business!

• Are knowledgeable in the preparation of scratch cooking techniques
• Have a high degree of culinary expertise, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task.
• Are available to work day, night, and/or weekends; Schedule needs to be flexible based on the flow of business.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be reliable

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for banquets, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Adhere to food safety and handling standards to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Assist in menu planning and accommodate dietary restrictions as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
