🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid to large-sized organizations.
• Cultivate and grow existing accounts by delivering exceptional service and expanding product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal design and sourcing teams to develop tailored promotional strategies.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets—we reward top performance!

💪 What You Bring:

• 3+ years of proven B2B inside sales success (promo industry a huge plus)
• A competitive drive with a hunter mentality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
