Single-Family Modular Sales Consultant

 

About Us 

Signature Building Systems is an award-winning modular manufacturer serving clients across New England and the Mid-Atlantic.  Known for high-quality, custom modular construction, we are expanding our team and seeking a Single-Family Modular Sales Consultant to grow our builder network and project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand builder accounts within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Guide clients through the modular home sales process, from design through delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accuracy in orders, pricing, and plans.
  • Handle blueprint requests, delivery coordination, and service follow-ups.
  • Prospect new business through phone outreach, field visits, and lead follow-up.
  • Represent Signature at open houses, trade shows, and other client events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience (residential construction preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

 Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time position, 40 plus hours per week
  • Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 Travel

  • Travel is expected for this position for site visits and client meetings.

 Compensation and Benefits

  • This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with uncapped earning potential based on sales performance. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision and life insurance.  Paid time off, 401-K, and expense reimbursement for client and site visits.
