Duties will include (but will NOT be limited to): Tenant On-Boarding – information gathering and confirmation, initial contact communication Tenant Off-Boarding – Information gathering and confirmation, final contact communication Tenant Relations – Handling tenant conflict resolution, Late rent collection Tenant Retention and Release – Includes phone calls, emails, physical letters written and mailed, Magisterial filing of documents and possible court attendance, timely move-in and move-out letters sent, etc. Maintenance Request coordination and follow-up

This position does require in-office work from 9am-3pm Monday through Friday. Computer literacy and professional communication a must and must be demonstrated at time of interview. Exceptional organizational skills and time management also a must. Background in Real Estate of some kind a HUGE plus, but willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and build a career. The right applicant will also be self-motivated and will not need to be monitored constantly.
