Senior Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to lead the development and execution of our Compliance Management Program. This key role ensures the Bank adheres to all applicable federal and state regulations while fostering a strong culture of compliance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement the Bank’s compliance policies and risk mitigation strategies.

• Conduct risk assessments, policy reviews, audits, and regulatory exam preparations.

• Advise senior leadership and the Board on emerging compliance issues.

• Maintain current knowledge of banking laws and ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met.

• Collaborate across departments to identify, address, and prevent compliance risks.

• Deliver compliance training for staff and support continuous improvement of internal controls.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of compliance or legal experience in banking or financial services.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• Professional certifications (e.g., CCBCO, CAMS) preferred.

• Strong knowledge of banking operations, lending regulations, and compliance standards.
