Founded by Sinéad O’ Hare, LCSW, Clinical Hypnotherapist, EMDR Trauma Specialist, Healing Within provides a safe and supportive environment for both clients and clinicians to grow and thrive.

💚 Position Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking two licensed therapists, who are passionate about helping clients heal from trauma and stress while working in a warm, supportive, and flexible environment.
You’ll have the freedom of private practice with the benefit of consistent referrals, mentorship, and community.

🧩 Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LSW, LAPC, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)

• Training or strong interest in EMDR, trauma, or somatic work

• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred

• Ability to work a minimum of 15 client hours per week

• Excellent clinical documentation skills

• Commitment to personal and professional growth
