Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Acquisition Marketing Coordinator to drive small and mid-size business (SMB) customer acquisition across all Greenlight Networks markets. This position plays a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and convert prospects into new SMB customers.

The Acquisition Marketing Coordinator will lead multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance metrics, optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI, and support commercial (MDU/HOA) sales efforts to accelerate growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated SMB acquisition marketing strategies to drive new customer growth
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, SMS/text messaging, door hanging, webinars, and events
  • Create engaging and persuasive content tailored to specific market segments and target audiences
  • Provide marketing support for MDU/HOA (commercial) sales initiatives
  • Lead conversion efforts to move prospects from sign-up interest to completed service orders
  • Maintain and manage prospect and customer data within the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Continuously test, refine, and optimize campaigns to improve acquisition performance and ROI
  • Develop content calendars and key messaging documentation to support SMB marketing initiatives
  • Generate and present regular performance reports with key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Drive local market awareness initiatives across Greenlight markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in SMB acquisition marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and performance optimization
  • Experience working with CRM and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Salesforce, or Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Valid NYS driver’s license and ability to attend evening and weekend meetings or events as needed

Schedule & Travel:

  • Full-time position
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for events and local marketing initiatives
  • Travel within Greenlight markets as needed

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $57,000 – $65,000. The actual annual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
