Seeking candidates for the following role:

Commercial Construction Code Official: This position is suited for individuals with commercial certifications who have experience performing these services for municipalities and /or third party inspection agencies. 

Candidates must have Commercial UCC State Certifications, as recognized by the Pennsylvania Labor and Industry Department.  Commercial Plan Reviews are a plus.  Candidates must also be well versed in the administration and enforcement of codes and regulations.

All candidates must possess computer skills and the ability to organize and manage their priorities.  Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to maintain professional working relationships with Building Inspection Underwriters colleagues and customers.  Additionally, applicants must have the ability to work remotely as well as travel to and inspect construction sites.
