This isn't your typical retail job.

You won't be running a cash register.
You won't be folding clothes.
You won't be asking, "Did you find everything okay?"

Instead, you'll represent one of the most trusted names in replacement windows and doors by connecting with homeowners at retail locations and community events throughout Northeast Pennsylvania.

Your job is simple:

• Start conversations.
• Answer basic questions.
• Generate interest.
• Schedule appointments for our Design Consultants.

That's it.

A typical shift might include:

• Working at a retail location or community event
• Greeting homeowners with a smile
• Starting natural conversations
• Sharing a little about Renewal by Andersen
• Scheduling free in-home consultations with interested homeowners
• Setting up and taking down your display
• Packing up at the end of your shift and heading home

Some days you'll work independently. Some days you'll be alongside other members of our Field Marketing team.

Either way, you'll always have support behind you.

What you'll need:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Authorization to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during your shift
• Ability to engage with customers throughout the day in a retail or event environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for display materials and equipment

Travel Requirements

This position works at various retail locations and community events throughout our Northeast Pennsylvania territory. Main focus will be the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area but some assignments may include the Lehigh Valley, Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, Bloomsburg, and surrounding communities. Reliable transportation is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with company policy.
