Director of Outpatient Services

Compensation commensurate on education and experience. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in social work, Psychology, or related field
• Active clinical license required, in process considered
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health, preferably community mental health
• At least 3 years in a supervisory/management role
• Experience with outpatient program development
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with electronic health records systems

DESCRIPTION

• Oversee all outpatient clinical programs and services
• Provide clinical supervision to staff
• Develop and implement treatment protocols and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
• Monitor client outcomes and program effectiveness
• Recruit, train, and evaluate clinical staff
• Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement
• Strong Medical Team
• Mental Health Centers in Scranton and Carbondale
