Key Responsibilities
Education: High school diploma or GED required; completion of a vocational/technical program or a 4–5 year registered apprenticeship is heavily preferred.
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, mathematical precision, and spatial reasoning.
Tool Proficiency: Experience operating power equipment (saws, drills, shears) and hand tools (snips, benders, crimpers).
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in confined spaces, at heights, or in adverse weather conditions.
Safety: Deep understanding of OSHA safety standards and ability to utilize protective gear to prevent cuts, burns, and falls.
