Responsible for maintaining and updating Information Technology documentation along with assisting and troubleshooting specific application issues; assisting with Active Directory user requests such as password resets, user access issues and setup of new users.
Education: Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical or business skill preferred but not required or a high school diploma with specialized related training.
Experience: General banking experience required.
Skills: Highly effective communication skills, strong technical skills including the ability to resolve hardware and application issues, and advanced troubleshooting. Must be accurate, detail oriented and have the ability to multitask. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
The successful candidate must be able to work 40 hours per week; Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
