ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
The Director of Enrollment leads a results-oriented team to manage all strategic recruitment initiatives at the main campus in Scranton, PA. In collaboration with administrators, and staff, the Director develops and implements a comprehensive and aggressive recruitment plan to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse pool of students.
The Director of Enrollment will assist the Director of Center Operations in providing leadership and guidance with activities related to recruitment, enrollment, and general operations at the College’s regional satellite locations.
The Director also works with the academic departments and the marketing department to develop effective recruitment materials for the undergraduate programs, and will develop a strategic plan to generate inquiries and applications.
The Director manages and supports the Enrollment department staff and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees in those positions.
