Job Purpose: To educate and support the University’s junior and senior students, whether living on or off campus, by fostering citizenship, campus and community engagement, and an understanding of and commitment to one’s rights, privileges and responsibilities as a member of The University of Scranton community.
*This position requires the staff member to live on campus in an apartment provided by the University.
Bachelor’s Degree is required. A master’s degree in student affairs, higher education, counseling or other related field is preferred. Two (2) years of professional or full-time graduate experience in student life on a college campus. Experience working with residence hall management, student supervision and leadership, or customer service is preferred.
Work hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Serve on a rotating on-call schedule. Additional hours as required.
